Todate industrial companies interested in the activities and objectives of the EPS Interdivisional Group (in short: IDG) on Experimental Physics Control Systems (in short: EPCS) can be actively involved by becoming Associate Members of EPS. Besides the privileges awarded to them by EPS, they can nominate an Official Contact Person (in short OCP) to act as their representative in the IDG on EPCS as do the Scientific Member Organizations.

However, medium size companies who consider the EPCS group as a channel to access know how accumulated in the experimental physics world, may be discouraged to join EPCS as the annual fee for Associate Membership is quite high. Inversely, the experimental physics control specialists are keen in building up synergies with these companies who in general are prominent in the leading edge technology market.
